Hardware Installation / Upgrading – Memory, Hard Drives, CD / DVD Drives, USB Drives, Keyboards, Mice, Printers, Scanners, Networking and other internal and external devices
Software Installation – Operating Systems, Productivity Software, Virus Scan Software, Internet and Email Configuration
Web Design – Web-site design, creation and modification
Network Setup and Configuration – Installation and configuration of wired and wireless routers, switches, network cards, wireless cards etc. for desktop and laptop systems – perform analysis of current systems, reconfigure, upgrade or anything else required – installation of wiring and associated hardware
